The purpose of this page is to provide a forum for writing about cricket. Any cricket related topic will do, and any match will do – it could be an Under 12s match, or an international match you watched on TV, a book or podcast review, or any other cricket related topic.
There is no expectation that your writing will be at a professional standard, just do your best. This is about describing the game and the issues surrounding the game, and we are looking for articles that do just that.
We may not be able to publish every article – if we get too many articles about a single game or issue, we may have to choose between them.
We may need to edit your article to correct typos and cut repetition. Always try to proofread your piece before submitting it, or ask someone else to do so. Don’t be derogatory about people, and of course, racism, sexism, homophobia etc are not welcome.
But most of all have fun. That’s what this is all about.
